Finding right E-Commerce - Designers

1. Do you already know what software you want to use?

    A- Who did they work with at the design service company – by name? Was there one account manager that they could go to for status and discussion, so that there was consistency throughout the project? Did a team of people work on the web-site, or just one?
4. Think about interaction.
